The sun came up with casting an orange glow over the bustling streets of Delhi. Tara stood at the window of her small apartment, her heart racing as she glanced at the clock. She was late for her internship at the hospital, a place that had become her second home. But today was different; today she felt an inexplicable weight on her shoulders, a sense of foreboding that made her stomach churn.
"Are you ready, Tara?" Rumika's voice broke through her thoughts, pulling her back to the present. Her best friend stood in the doorway, arms crossed, a teasing smile on her lips.
"Well ! well ! I have two news for you, one good one bad which one would you like to have ?"Rumika asked in excitement and a smile dancing on her lips.
Tara didn't want to hurt the feelings of Adrija especially on her birthday but she couldn't do anything. Adrija called her yesterday to invite her for her 20th birthday party but she was unable to join as her senior didn't gave her leave.
"Good one first ofc" Tara said with a fake smile.
Rumi replied "So we are going for the party and that Yuvraj or as I say Yamraj is giving us leave." Just as the words came out of Rumika's mouth Tara jumped with joy with such an impact that

her head literally crashed with the window.
"ouch wow once again" Tara said
Rumika started her teasing laugh and said "your fight never ends with window but the bad news is the flight is in one hour so u have to get ready fast and the gown I picked for you, you have to wear that" and started giggling.
Tara pleaded her "No, I don't want to wear that, Can I not ?" with her cute puppy eyes.
Rumika requested her "please yrr I picked that for you just for once plzzz." After all these pleasing comments they got ready for airport. Tara called Vaibhav and Adrija and told them they were coming.
After landing in Lucknow they straight went to Raghuvanshi Mansion. It was the first time she was seeing the house of Adrija {correcting mansion}. Houses are small but it really looked like something from the king's time, as entering a huge garden with flowers and trees and when the mansion came into view everything faded it was the most beautiful thing Tara ever saw, though her house was big but nothing in comparison to this. A beautiful fountain just in front of the mansion's gate. When they entered Tara called Vaibhav and then they together went inside.
As we went inside Adrija and her family were there and after greeting them and wishing birthday to her, she gave us our rooms, the rooms were too many that I was going to forget which one is mine.
Then we started getting ready for the party.
